HOW TO TIE A BOWTIE PERFECTLY EVERY TIME

Posted on Location: , 0 min read 209 views

I struggled for years to do this one thing well: tie a bowtie. I couldn't do it perfectly until seeing this video. The loop is the most vital detail, and this video reveals the secret. Smooth sailing from there. Enjoy.

Style is a way to say who you are without having to speak. – Rachel Zoe

Nothing has the ability to make you stand out more than a self-tied bowtie. Sure, a standard clasp bowtie can help pull together a tux or suit, but the man who can tie a bowtie makes a statement. He says he’s polished and can handle every aspect of his life with style and ease. That’s the kind of man we want to be, is it not? So take notes above and learn how the best of the best do it. Trust me, she’ll notice.

There may be others champing at the bit, but Ralph Lauren’s spring collection proves that he remains the master of all-American fashion. From the blue-and-white striped top paired with a navy floral skirt and accented with a neck scarf, to the matching twinset—its cardigan tied at the waist of a pair of periwinkle pants—the effort was a welcome departure from the decadence we so often expect from a fashion show. (Well, at least most fashion shows.) Lauren also made a great case for the brown leather belt. It will certainly be at the top of many spring shopping lists
